Return & Refund Policy

  1. The Customer can return the order ON SPOT when delivered the order with delivery, after inspection the product & pay only the delivery fees.
  2. After delivery – withing 24 Hour – the Customer can communicate with Sehetna-eg team through the below channel`s, asking for return request;

  1. The E- Commerce officer will contact customer – withing 24 Hour – to confirm the return reason and try to handle the customer issue to avoid cancel / return order.
  2. In case customer insist for return, Officer will Inform with customer return policy & procedures and the shipping fees for return ,, Adding to that align & confirm the method of refund ( Cash on return / Discount Code send to customer with same item amount can use it later in purchasing).
  3. In case customer asking for cash refund, Officer will confirm that refund amount will be handle & done by delivery team when receive the order & confirm Item condition to return.
  4. In case Customer asking for the discount Code, E-Commerce Officer will Create the code on Shopyfi & send it to customer via Mail / Message.
  5. After Confirm all Return details with customer, E- Commerce officer will create a return request on Shopify to the delivery team / shipping company with customer / Order data asking for return & refund the customer (Cash) with the Item Price only, deducting shipping fees from the total price.
  6. Return / refund request will be handled within 48 working hours from contacting the customer in case customer inside Cairo & 72 working hours in case customer outside Cairo.
